Fill the fuel tank up and try again as a bike cannot run on an empty tank.
A clogged fuel filter will impede the flow of fuel to the engine which may cause it to misfire or not start at all. It is better to clean or replace the filter periodically as a dirty filter also effects the mileage.
A blocked muffler can also be the cause for the engine to not start as there is not place from where the air can exit. Clean the muffler and try again.
