Based on your answers it is unlikely that you have a milk allergy. An allergic reaction to milk is the result of a malfunction of the immune system, which incorrectly identifies certain milk proteins as harmful substances and produces antibodies that should neutralize them. The next time person drinks milk, the antibodies cause the release of histamine, which results in various allergic symptoms. Milk allergy is not the same entity as lactose intolerance. Milk allergy can develop at any age, but it is the most common food allergy in children. Many of them outgrow this by the age of five.

Based on your answers there is a possibility that you have a milk allergy. Milk allergy is an allergic reaction to milk and milk-containing products caused by an abnormal reaction of your immune system. An allergic reaction is usually caused by cow's milk, but people are often allergic to sheep's, goat's and buffalo's milk. You may be allergic to only one or more milk proteins. The majority of allergic reactions are caused by the alpha S1-casein protein in cow’s milk. Symptoms usually include skin and digestive problems, and hay fever-like symptoms. A diagnosis is based on your detailed medical history, physical examination, skin tests and blood tests.

Based on your answers there is a high possibility that you have a milk allergy. Milk allergy is the result of an overly sensitive reaction of your immune system. There are two types of milk allergy: current, in which symptoms begin within minutes of drinking milk or milk-containing products, and delayed, when symptoms appear within hours or days of consuming milk. The only safe way to prevent allergies is to avoid milk. However, some people may tolerate processed food that contains milk, so it is best to discuss this with your doctor. Rarely, people with a milk allergy can have a serious reaction called anaphylaxis.
