Common conclusions
There are many objects which might cause such a reaction. Some might be simply being in contact with a rough surface or a plant, vegetable or fruit. Back-track your routine and check which object you were in contact with last before developing the rash and you might know the answer if it is an allergic reaction or not.
This might be a reaction to getting burned, an insect sting or it might be due to sun allergy. If you experience this only when exposed to sunlight/ultraviolet rays, then it is most probably a case of sun allergy. Get in contact with a doctor about what measurements to take.
These are the signs when you have been in contact with a poisonous plant which trigger a reaction. In most cases, the plant in question is poison ivy or poison oak.
This might be due to your tongue reacting badly to some type of fruit or vegetable or it might be a case of hay fever, in other terms an allergic reaction to pollen. Another cause, albeit a low chance, could be the oral allergy syndrome where your immune system fights proteins from some plants/vegetables as it mistakes them for pollen. Wait a while as these symptoms most of the times go away by themselves. If not, go to a doctor.
This would most likely be the case of baboon syndrome where you react badly to certain metals such as mercury, gold or nickel. It is not a serious health risk as it will relieve itself after some time.
These are the most common symptoms of your body reacting to the dry fruit. In some cases you might experience extreme shortness of breath. It is better to get your allergies checked out at a hospital so you can avoid the items in question.
This is most probably due to a case of pollen allergy. You can simply combat it while wearing a respiratory mask. This allergy acts up the most during the pollen season so take better care of yourself during the season.
There are hundreds of reactions which can be linked to any type of allergy, some are extremely dangerous while some are harmless. However, just to be sure, get an allergy test done so you can actively avoid the items which have come back positive.
