System restore is not available for windows RT 8.1
To reset your PC select search, enter control panel in the search box, enter recovery in the control panel search box then select open system restore and follow the instructions.
To reset you mac restart your computer, when your mac turns back on press and hold command+R until you see the apple logo. In the window that appears select disk utility and click continue, select your startup disk and click erase, choose macOS extended as the format and click erase. Once the process is finished go to the disk utility on top and quit disk utility.
