Why Is My Gmail Account Not Working Properly?

First connect your computer to the internet and make sure it works as Gmail is an online service which requires a live connection to connect you to their server.

First create an account on Gmail and then using your credentials log in.

Re-enter your credentials and try to sign in again.

The problem may be with the google server. You may wait for a while before trying again or contact the online customer service and file a complaint.

As Gmail is an online service, you need to connect to the internet to communicate with someone else.

There is a normal delay between sending of mails. Refresh the outbox. If it is still not sent resend it.

You may have entered a wrong email address for the recipient or the address entered does not exist.

The issue may be due to the file size as there is a limit for the size which can be sent through Gmail.

Give the proper address to the sender and ask them to send the email again.
