Why Is My E-Cigarette/Vape Not Working Properly?

Is your vape powering up?

Is your vape mod connected with the battery properly?

Has the battery been charged using the specified charger?

Has the device been turned ON using the correct sequence of pressing the power button?

Are you getting a burnt taste while using the device?

Is the e-juice running low in the tank?

Check your coils. Are they dirty, sticky or have you been using the same coils for a long time?

Are you using power settings which exceed the standard settings?

Is the tank of your device leaking?

Is the device not giving out enough vapor?

First reconnect the battery properly as many vapes have inbuilt features to not turn ON until the battery is fully locked in.

Recharge the battery and use the given charger which has the same power output as required by the battery as some batteries require different chargers.

As many devices have sequences to turn OFF the device such as pressing the power button 5 times continuously, your device may have such sequence to power up. Read the instruction manual and try again.

The problem may be with the battery having exceeded its lifespan or the device itself being damaged. Check in with the local vape store and get it fixed.

Refill the tank before it reaches the bottom as it increases the risk of burning your wicks and getting a bad taste.

Clean the coil or replace them with newer ones and change the wicks. It is better to change/clean your coils every two weeks.

Many vapes allow the user to increase the power settings but this leads to an increased risk of burnt wicks or coil. It is best to use standard settings or within the given limit.

The problem may be with the flavor or the device. It is best to get it checked at a local vape store.

Most tanks have a line drawn or a limit marked to which the liquid should be filled to. If overfilled, the liquid will leak from the top when moving the device.

Check the power settings or change the liquid as many liquids have certain PG/VG ratio. Consult with the local store before purchasing the liquid.
