For many people, blood sugar level of 70 mg/dl or below is an alert for hypoglycemia. It is normal for blood sugar levels to fluctuate throughout the day and you won't feel it as long as it varies within a certain range. The symptoms appear when your blood sugar level goes below the healthy range. Hypoglycemia needs immediate treatment. Mild hypoglycemia can be treated easily with high-sugar foods or drinks.
