Use only plastic or wooden utensils. Don't use the dishwasher to clean your pan. You can repair the pan's surface by pouring a little bit of vegetable oil, rubbing it in to the pan and wiping any excess oil with a paper towel.
Use soap and water to wash. Make sure to dry your pans after you wash them. To remove rust use steel wool. To season your cast iron pan coat the entire surface with vegetable oil and place face down in a 350 degree Fahrenheit (175 Celsius) oven for an hour. Make sure to place a tray on the lower shelf to collect any oil drops. After an hour turn your oven off, let your pan cool to room temperature and coat the inside with a small amount of oil.
Don't use soap, don't scrub and don't put in the dishwasher. Heat your wok over an open flame after each use, let it cool and then apply a coat of vegetable oil.
Don't use soap and don't use steel wool. Boil out your pan with hot water after that add some oil and kosher salt and wipe down with a paper towel.
