Most common questions used to investigate
Is it powering up?
Is the power cable properly plugged into the main socket?
Is the wire burned or damaged from anywhere?
Check the main circuit board for a flipped switch and the safety switch on the blender. Also check the fuse of the blender for any damage. Has any switch been flipped OFF or is a fuse broken?
Is the blender producing some extra noise that isn't normal?
Are the buttons on the blender working?
Is there a burnt smell coming from the blender?
Are the objects being blended not breaking into finer pieces?
Common conclusions
First plug it in the socket properly then try to turn ON the blender again.
Replace the wire with a new one yourself or hire a technician as it may have been damaged due to a power surge.
If any switch is flipped to OFF, turn it ON and try again. If the fuse is broken, replace it with a new one as it may have been damaged.
There are many other things that would not allow the blender to turn ON such as a damaged circuit, a burnt motor or something else. Contact the original manufacturer and file a request for service or take the blender to a local technician.
The noise may be due to the motor. Oil it and try again. If the sound still persists, something may be stuck in the container or the blade may be bent and touching the walls of the container. Contact the original manufacturer and file a request for service or take the blender to a local technician.
The damage may be to the circuit board behind the buttons or the buttons may be wrongly fitted. Contact a local technician to get it looked at.
The smell may be from the motor being burned or something in the blenders container which may be causing friction between itself and the blade. Contact a local technician to get it looked at.
The problem may be with the blade being damaged or not spinning with enough speed. First change the speed and try again. If the problem persists, contact a local technician to get it looked at.
For any further problems contact the original manufacturer and file a request for service or take the blender to a local technician.
